摘    要:目的研究不同促排卵方案对实施供精人工授精(AID)不孕妇女妊娠率的影响。方法对133对夫妇施行AID,促排卵方案为自然周期、克罗米芬(CC)、克罗米芬加促尿激素(CC+HMG)、促尿激素(HMG)4种方法。结果56例成功,自然周期妊娠率30.77%(4/13),CC妊娠率20.78%(16/77),CC+HMG妊娠率28.92%(24/83),HMG妊娠率18.46%(12/65)(P〉0.05)。结论四种促排卵方案总妊娠率从高至低依次为CC、自然周期、CC+HMG、HMG。

Abstract:Objective This study has probed into the regimes of ovarian stimulating effects on the pregnancy rate of AID of infertitity couples. Methods By using cluster sampling 133 infertitity couples undergoing AID. There were four ovarian stimulation (OS) regimes in the group: spontaneous cycles,clomiphene citrate stimultion (CC), clomiphene plus human menopausal gonadotrophin (CC + HMG ), human menopausal gnnadotrophin (HMG) . Results 56 eases succeeded. The pregnancy rate (PR) was 30.77% (4/13) with unstimulated cycles, 20.78% ( 16/ 77) with CC, 28.92% (24/83) with CC +HMG,18.46% (12/65) with HMG( P 〉0.05), respectively. Conclusion The OPR regimes of ovarian stimulation from hige to low is CC, spontaneous, CC + HMG, HMG.
