| 摘 要： | 用淋巴细胞转化试验检测恶性肿瘤患者与正常人各20例的淋转率,结果表明患者(43.1±11.2)比正常人(53.0±10.0)明显低下,并有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。20例恶性肿瘤患者作了化疗前后淋转率对比观察,结果疗后(51.0±7.1)比疗前(43.1±11.2)升高,有显著意义(P<0.05)。对化疗有效者淋转率上升,恶化者下降,其上升或下降程度与治疗效果的好坏,有效程度和病情轻重恶化有关。

| Abstract: | Twenty parienes with malignant tumor and twenty normal persons were examined with the lymphocyte transformation test. the lymphocyte transformation rate of the patients was significantly lowey e than that of the normal persons (P<0.01). The 20 paticnts were treated with uario is regimes of combinedchemothcrapy, They were examined with the lympocyte transformation test before and after chemotherapy. The lymphocyte transformationrate was signficantly increased after chemotherapy (P<0.05). The increase or decerease of the lymphocyte tranesformation rate of the parian depends on the result of treatment, the carative effect and the degree of malignancy. |
