肝硬化门脉高压患者胃镜与B超及肝功能分级的相关性分析

目的通过对肝硬化门静脉高压患者胃镜、B超及肝功能分级检测结果进行相关性分析，为临床判断肝硬化程度、早期预防并发症提供参考。方法选择肝硬化门静脉高压患者139例，比较门、脾静脉内径与食管静脉曲张程度，肝功能分级与食管静脉曲张程度及食管静脉曲张程度与其它门脉高压症的相关性。结果门脾静脉内径越宽，食管静脉曲张程度越重（P〈0．05）。肝功能分级越差，食管静脉曲张程度越重（P〈0．05）。中重度食管静脉曲张患者的胃底静脉曲张、门脉高压性胃病、消化道出血的发生率较轻度食管静脉曲张患者明显升高，两者差异有统计学意义。结论食管静脉曲张程度与门、脾静脉内径、肝功能分级及其它门脉高压症之间具有一定相关性。

Analysis on the clinical correlations about the findings of gastroscope and B ultrasonography and the grade of liver function in post hepatitis with portal hypertension

ObjectiveTo analysis the outcome of gastroscope and B ultrasonography in patients of post hepatitis cirrhosis with portal hypertension,and to evaluate the degree of cirrhosis in clinic and affording suggestions in preventing complications.MethodsOne hundred and thirty nine cirrhosis patients were enrolled in this study.To evaluate the correlation between diameter of portal vein,diameter of splenic vein and the degree of esophageal varicose;between the degree of gastric varicose and the grade of liver function;between the degree of esophageal varicose and portal hypertension the findings.ResultsThe more large of diameter of portal vein,diameter of splenic vein,the more severe of oesophagus varix's degree(P<0.05).The more worse the grade of liver function,the more severe of esophagus varix's degree(P<0.05).Medium heavy degree the occurrence rate for bleeding of the sufferer's vein high pressure stomach trouble,digest way of the stomach bottom varix,door of the esophagus varix more light degree esophagus varix the sufferer goes up obviously,their difference has covariance to learn meaning.ConclusionThere are certain correlation between degree and diameter of portal vein and diameter of splenic vein of the esophagus varix,liver function ratings and other portal hypertension of the disease.
