LASIK术后泪膜、眼表早期改变对屈光回退的影响

目的:研究LASIK术后早期泪膜及眼表变化对屈光回退的影响。方法:47例(92眼)近视患者行LASIK术,观察术前,术后1天,1周,2周,1月,3月,患者的干眼症状,测量泪液分泌量(Schirmer Ⅰ),泪膜破裂时间(BUT),眼表荧光素染色(Fl),眼表规则指数(SRI),不对称指数(SAI),残留屈光度。分组:是否出现屈光度回退分为屈光回退组和无屈光回退组,对上述数据进行统计分析。结果:LASIK术后1-3月18%的患者出现不同程度屈光回退,与术前泪液分泌量减少、术后3月F1增加、术后2周、1月、3月的SRI的增加及术后1周SAI的增加密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:LASIK术后泪膜及眼表的变化与术后屈光回退密切相关。

Effect on the earlier change of tear film and ocular surface to refractive regression after LASIK

Objectives:To study the effect on the earlier change of tear film and ocular surface to refractive regression after LASIK.Methods:47 patients(92 eyes)were underwent LASIK.The eyes were observed for subjective complaints of dry eye,Fl,BUT,schirmers I Test,SAI,SRI preoperatively and 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months postoperatively.Groups:92 eyes were divided into refractive regression group and no refractive regression group,All above data experienced statistical analysis.Results:18% eyes were experienced refractive regression during 1-3 months postoperatively,which were related to the decease of Schirmers I test preoperatively,the increase of SRI at 2 weeks,1 month,3 months postoperatively,the increase of SRI at 1 weeks postoperatively.Conclusions:The changes of tear film and ocular surface were associated with refractive regression.
