| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在宫腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法45例采用超声引导全程监视宫腔镜下进行宫腔内手术。结果45例采用超声引导下行宫腔内手术均1次成功。超声在宫腔镜手术中具有明显的辅助引导作用,可提高手术的成功率,减轻患者的痛苦。结论超声引导在宫腔镜手术中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of uhrasonography in hysteroscopic surgeries. Methods 45 cases of full adoption of ultrasound - guided intrauterine surveillance were carried out under hysteroscopic surgery. Results 45 cases using ultrasound - monitored intrauterine surgeries were all successed. The uhrasounography in hysteroscopic surgel7 has significant value in supporting guidance to improve the achievement ratio of surge17 and alleviate the suft）ring of patients. Conclusion The guideded uhrasonography has important value in hysteroscopic operations. |
