氟骨症肘关节尺神经损害及畸形矫治的研究

摘    要:目的 研究氟中毒对尺神经的损害及肘关节畸形矫治。方法 (1)流行病学调查;(2)手术矫治;(3)建立动物模型。结果 氟骨症患尺神经损害与非病区比较差异有显性(P<0.01)。病人活体尺神经外膜明显增粗增厚、水肿。大鼠尺神经超微结构有明显病理改变。结论 高氟可直接损害尺神经组织,肘关节畸形矫治能改善运动功能。

Abstract:Objective In order to study endemic Fluorosis is harm to ulnar nerve and then rectify its deformity on time. Methods (1) epidemiological investigation; (2) performed orthopedics for the patients; (3) set up an animal modle. Results In research we found out damage of ulnar nerve is a significant difference camparing with that in control group in no fluorosis areas (P < 0. 01). It showed that in patients vivi - ulnar nerve outer membrane increased clearly thick and dropsy. The ultra - microstruc-ture of ulnar nerve of Cuineapig has a obvious pathological change. Conclusion The high fluorosis is directly harm to ulnar nerve and the elbow orthopedics can improve the patients kinematic abilities.
