| 摘 要： | 目的：评价微量泵输注瑞芬太尼在小儿腺样体切除术麻醉中的应用效果。方法：全麻下行腺样体切除术患儿57例,根据麻醉诱导及术中维持使用麻醉药随机分为TCI组、恒速组、芬太尼组,观测术中血压、心率、术后并发症以及VAS评分。结果：靶控、恒速输注瑞芬太尼组术中血压、心率较芬太尼组平稳,术后不良反应少（P〈0.01）。结论：微量泵靶控、恒速输注瑞芬太尼用于小儿腺样体切除术的麻醉安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of micropump infusion of remifentinal in children undergoing adenoidectomy.Method: For 57patients were randomly divided into three groups as TCI group,constant pace infusion group and fentanyl group based on the anesthetic drugs during anesthetic induction and maintenance,BP,HR,postoperative complications and VAS were observed.Result: Comparing with fentanil group,TCI group and constant pace infusion group took on smoother BP and HR,and had less side effect(P<0.01).Conclusion: Remifentinal is safe and effective for TCI and constant pace infusion in children undergoing adenoidectomy. |
