血浆I型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨血浆I型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂基因多态性与中国人缺血性脑卒中之间的关系。方法:利用PCR技术和分子杂交技术对北京地区294例缺血性脑卒中患者进行血浆I型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂基因G11053T及5G/4G多态性的检测和分析,并与279例北京地区的非卒中对照比较。结果:缺血性脑卒中患者PAI-1基因G11053T及5G/4G多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组相比无明显差异。结论:PAI-1基因G11053T及5G/4G多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组相比无明显差异。结论:PAI-1基因G11053T及5G/4G多态性可能不是中国人群血性脑卒中发病的遗传学危险因素。

Abstract:Aim:To explore the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of type I plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI 1) and ischemic stroke. Method:PAI 1 gene G11053T and 5G/4G polymorphisms are determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and molecular hybridization in 294 cases of ischemic stroke and 279 controls selected from Beijing population. Two groups are matched in sex, age and blood pressure. Results:The prevalence rates of genotype and allele frequencies of G11053T and 5G/4G polymorphisms of PAI 1 gene are not significantly different between ischemic stroke cases and controls (\%P\%>0 05). Conclusion:There are no associations between PAI 1 gene G11053T and 5G/4G polymorphisms with ischemic stroke.
