摘    要:目的:研究高血压病患者左室重构与功能变化的级影响因素。方法:对89例无合并症的Ⅰ,Ⅱ期高血压病患者超场所主动图心脏结构和功能测值进行多元逐步回归分析,甄选出对左室结构和功能有独立影响因素。在校正这些因素影响后,比较不同左室构型组间心脏收缩功能和舒张功能的差异,82例正常人作为对照。结果和结论:对心脏收缩 舒张功能有独立影响的因素不尽相同,血压水平和解剖结构是两个最重要影响因素。校正包括性别、年龄、

Abstract:To identify the independent determinants of left ventricular remodeling and function and to investigate the correlations between them in essential hypertensive patients. Methods: The method of multiple stepwise regression analysis was applied to identify the independent determinants of indices of left ventricular structure and function assessed by echocardiography in 89 uncomplicated hypertensive patients. After controlling or adjusting the effects of these predictors, indices of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function among different left ventricular geometric patterns were compared, with 82 normotensive subjects as a control. Results and Couclusious: It was found that the independent determinants of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were different. The level of blood pressure and left ventricular anatomic geometry were two most important predictors. After adjusting for effects of covariates, including sex, age, body mass index, heat rate, and level of blood pressure, the different types of left ventricular remodelling still present its effect on systolic function, whereas effects on diastolic function was not significant.
