| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声诊断异位妊娠的价值及误诊原因分析。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的38例异位妊娠患者超声声像图的特征。结果38例异位妊娠患者中确诊34例，诊断符合率89．5％．结论对异位妊娠诊断，超声是简便而有效的方法，是首选的影像学方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of ectopic pregnancy with ultrasonography and to analyze the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods Ultrasonic characteristics of 38 ectopic pregnancy cases wich were confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and to study the value of ultrasonography. Results 34 cases were confirmed by means of ultrasonography among 38 patients,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 89.5 %. Conclusion Ultrasonography is very simple and effective in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and it is the first choice to detect ectopic pregnancy. |
