| 摘 要： | 目的 针对整形外科患者手术前和手术后感染铜绿假单胞菌情况,采取合理治疗对策及选择最佳手术时机.方法 收集2003年9月-2007年6月整形外科并发病原菌感染患者,对不同感染时期进行脓液或创口分泌物培养,检出铜绿假单胞菌后,依照药敏试验选用抗菌药物.结果 在监测252例中共检出53株铜绿假单胞菌,经治疗后,53例感染铜绿假单胞菌患者中治愈24例(45.3%)、好转25例(47.2%)、无效3例(5.7%)、死亡1例(1.9%).结论 整形外科手术患者感染铜绿假单胞菌,合理的选择抗菌药物治疗是保证手术效果的最佳对策. |
