双管负压引流在乳腺癌根治术中的应用研究

目的　探讨预防乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死积液的新方法。　方法　将 2 5 2例病人随机分成加压包扎组和负压引流组 ,对皮下积液及皮瓣坏死进行分析比较。　结果　乳腺癌根治术后加压包扎组和负压引流组皮下积液率分别为 48.1%、4.7%,皮瓣坏死的发生率分别为 40 .4%和 12 .2 %,P <0 .0 5 ,差异显著。　结论　双管负压引流能明显减少皮下积液和皮瓣坏死 ,较加压包扎有更明显的优越性。

Applied Study on Double Catheters Negative Pressure Drainage in Radical Mastectomy

Objective To investigate the new means for preventing skin flap necrosis and fluid accumulation after radical mastectomy. Methods 252 cases were divided into compressive bandaging group and negative pressure drainage group at random, the occurrence of skin flap necrosis and fluid accumulation were analyzed after the radical mastectomy. Results The rate of fluid accumulation and skin necrosis in the compressive bandaging group were 48.1% and 40.4% respectively,while those of the negative pressure drainage group were 40.4% and 12.2% respectively(P<0.05), the differences were distinct. Conclusion Application of the double catheters negative pressure drainage in radical mastectomy is more effective than that of the compressive bandage in decreasing the rate of fluid accumulation and skin necrosis.
