| 摘 要： | 目的：研究基底细胞癌的细胞免疫功能。方法：用流式细胞仪技术检测了32例基底细胞癌患者外周血的T细胞亚群。结果：基底细胞癌患者CD4细胞百分率下降，CD8细胞百分率增高，与对照组相比差异均有显著性。结论：基底细胞癌患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the celluar immunity of patients with basal cell carcinoma(BCC). Methods T-cell subpopulation in peripheral blood of 32 patients of BCC were tested with flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CD4 cells decreased and that of CD8 cells increased in BCC patients, with significant difference from those of controls. Conclusion Celluar immunity was impatired in BCC patients. |
