异位妊娠腹腔镜与传统开腹手术疗效比较

目的：比较异位妊娠腹腔镜手术和传统开腹手术的临床疗效,提高临床治疗水平。方法：选取2008年2月～2010年2月因异位妊娠在本院住院治疗的患者126例,63例采用腹腔镜手术（观察组）,63例采用传统开腹手术（对照组）,两组一般资料差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;比较两组的手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间。结果：手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间,观察组均短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术相对于传统开腹手术,具有创伤小、手术时间短、恢复快等优点,是临床治疗异位妊娠的有效方法。

Ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery compared with traditional open

Objective：To compare the ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery and the clinical efficacy of traditional open surgery,to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods：From February 2008 to February 2010 due to ectopic pregnancy in our hospital with 126 patients,63 cases were treated with laparoscopic surgery（study group）,63 cases treated with traditional open surgery （control group）,there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05）; compared two groups of operation time,ambulation time and hospital stay. Results：The operative time,ambulation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery compared with traditional open surgery,with less trauma and shorter operative time,early recovery,the clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy is an effective way.
