| 摘 要： | 对２０例急性脑血管病进行早期康复干预，３个月后采用Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ法及Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数法进行功能评定，结果发现患者肢体运动功能（上肢、下肢）及ＡＤＬ能力均明显好于对照组，两组比较有显著的差异，说明早期康复干预对急性脑血管病肢体运动功能的恢复有相当重要的作用。

| Abstract: | ACVD patients received early rehabilitation intervention. The Brunnstrom and Barthel Index were employed for the assessment of the functional status after three months. The results showed the extremity motor function(upper limb and lower limb) and ADL were improved significantly than the control group.There were significanly different between the two groups.It indicated the early rehabilitation intervention for extremity motor functional recovery in ACVD plays a considerable important role.Author' s address:(Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,The Hospital Attached to Medical Vocational School.Dalian University,116021) |
