| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻内镜下实施鼻中隔矫正术的治疗效果。方法：应用鼻内窥镜进行69例鼻中隔矫正术的回顾性分析。结果：69例病人，鼻中隔偏曲均得到矫正，效果良好，无1例鼻中隔穿孔。结论：鼻内窥镜应用于鼻中隔矫正术具有安全、有效等优点，是替代传统手术方式的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To investigate the effect of nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscopy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of performing the resection of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy for 69 cases was performed.Results:Nasal septum deviation of all patients was reconstructed entirely.The operative effect was good and the complication as nasal septum perforation was not found.Conclusions:Nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscope would be safe and effective for treating patients with nasal septum deviation.It was an effective operation to replace the traditional operation. |
