动态心电图监测对病态窦房结综合征的诊断价值

目的：探讨动态心电图监测对病态窦房结综合征的临床诊断价值。方法将40例病态窦房结综合征患者设为研究组，抽取同期进行体检的健康志愿者40名设为对照组，对两组进行24 h动态心电图监测，统计两组24 h总心搏数、心率及心律失常（窦性停搏、窦性心动过缓、房室阻滞）发生率。结果研究组24 h总心搏数及最高心率、最低心率、24 h平均心率均显著低于对照组（P＜0．01），窦性心动过缓、窦性停搏、房室阻滞等心律失常检出率均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论动态心电图能有效监测患者24 h心电活动动态变化信息，对临床明确病态窦房结综合征的诊断具有重要价值。

Diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring to sick sinus syndrome

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram (DE) monitoring to sick sinus syndrome (SSS) .Methods Forty SSS patients were assigned to research group and 40 healthy volunteers selected from health examinees at the same time to control group ,24h DE monitoring was given to both groups ,and 24h total heart rate (HR) ,HR and the incidences of arrhythmia (sinus arrest ,sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block ) added up .Results 24h total ,maximal ,minimal and 24h average HR were significantly lower (P<0 .01) and the detection rates of sinus arrest ,sinus bradycardia and atrio‐ventricular block higher ( P< 0 .01) in research than in control group .Conclusion DE could effectively monitor dynamic changes of patients’ 24h electrocardiogram and has an important value to final diagnosis of SSS .
