摘 要: | 目的:探讨问题式学习健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响。方法将240例妊娠期糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组120例。两组均予以常规孕期健康教育,研究组在此基础上实施问题式学习健康教育,观察整个孕期。比较两组患者的治疗依从性及妊娠结局。结果研究组定期产检率、坚持测血糖率及控制饮食率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),羊水过多、妊娠期高血压和早产发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论问题式学习健康教育能显著提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗依从性,有效控制妊娠并发症的发生。

Effects of PBL health education on treatment compliance and pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes melli-tus |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of problem‐based learning (PBL) health education on treat‐ment compliance and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus GDM ) .Methods A total of 240 GDM patients were divided into two groups of 120 ones each according to random number table .Both groups received routine pregnant health education ,on this basis research group was plus PBL health education ,and w hole durations of pregnancy observed .Results T he rates of obstetric examina‐tion ,persistence in measuring blood glucose and controlling diet were significantly higher (P<0 .01) and incidences of polyhydramnios ,gestational hypertension and preterm labor lower in research than in control group .Conclusion PBL health education could significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients with gestational diabetes and effectively control the development of pregnancy complications . |
