高血糖对脑挫裂伤进展恶化和预后的影响及临床意义

目的探讨脑挫裂伤进展及预后与血糖水平的关系。方法 126例脑脑挫裂伤患者按血糖水平分为血糖升高组及血糖正常组,分别于伤后6 h内及24 h内行头颅CT检查,观察CT变化及预后,对两组结果进行对比。结果两组患者的脑挫裂伤进展程度,以及预后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论高血糖明显加剧脑挫裂伤的进展,加重脑挫裂伤损伤患者的预后。监测血糖有助于临床对进展型脑挫裂伤病情的评估,及时反映病情进展,进而指导治疗和对预后的预测。

Influence and clinical significance of hyperglycemia on worsening cerebral contusion progress and prognosis

Objective To analyze progress and prognosis of brain contusion and the relationship between blood glucose levels .Method According to the blood glucose levels , 126 patients with cerebral brain contusion were divided into elevated blood glucose and blood glucose normal group.CT examination was performed in 6h and 24h after injury respectively , CT changes and prognosis were observed and the results of the two groups were compared .Results The progress and prognosis of the two groups were statistically compared ,the difference was statistically significant ( all P <0 .01 ) . Conclusion Higher blood glucose significantly deteriorate brain contusion progress , and the prognosis of patients with cerebral contusion injury .Monitoring the blood glucose will help clinical evaluation of the progressive cerebral contusion condition , timely reflect the disease progresses , so as to guide treatment .
