PDCA循环式护理对行盆底重建术术后子宫脱垂患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨PDC A循环式护理对行盆底重建术术后子宫脱垂患者生活质量的影响。方法抽取2014年2月—2016年3月在我院接受盆底重建术的104例子宫脱垂患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两组，各52例。对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上给予PDCA循环式护理。比较两组护理前后生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组GQOLI评分显著优于对照组，且护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 PDCA循环式护理有利于改善子宫脱垂盆底重建术患者术后生活质量，且可有效提高护理满意度，值得推广。

Influences of PDCA cycle nursing on quality of life of patients with uterine prolapse after pelvic floor reconstruction

Objective To explore the influences of PDCA cycle nursing on quality of life of patients with u‐terine prolapse after pelvic floor reconstruction (PFR) .Methods A total of 104 patients with uterine pro‐lapse following PFR from February 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups of 52 ones each according to random number table .Control group received routine nursing measures and obser‐vation did PDCA cycle nursing on the basis of routine nursing measures .Pre‐and post‐nursing quality of life and satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The GQOLI score and satisfaction to nursing were significantly higher in observation than in control group ,differences had statistical signifi‐cance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing can improve quality of life of patients with uterine pro‐lapse following PFR ,effectively boost satisfaction to nursing ,?and deserves popularization .
