延续护理个案管理对重性精神病患者社会功能与生活质量的影响

目的：探讨延续护理个案管理对出院重性精神病患者社会功能与生活质量的影响。方法将120例出院后的重性精神病患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例，研究组给予个案管理模式的延续护理，对照组给予社区精神疾病防治网的社区服务，观察1a。于干预前后采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表及生活质量综合管理评定量表分别评定两组患者的社会功能缺陷及生活质量状况。结果干预后两组社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分均较干预前显著下降（P＜0．01），研究组较对照组下降更显著（P＜0．01）；研究组患者生活质量综合管理评定量表评分除物质生活因子外，总分及其他因子分均较干预前显著升高，且显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），对照组与干预前比较均无显著变化（P＞0．05）。结论延续护理个案管理模式服务能明显提高重性精神病患者的社会功能与生活质量，值得推广应用。

Effects of extended nursing case management on social func-tion and quality of life of patients with severe mental illness

Objective To explore effects of extended nursing case management on social function and quali‐ty of life of patients with severe mental illness .Methods A total of 120 discharged patients with severe mental illness were randomly divided into research and control group of 60 ones each ,control group re‐ceived original community services ,research group did extended nursing of case management ,and they ob‐served for 1 years .Social disabilities were assessed with the Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) and qualities of life with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory‐74 (GQOLI‐74) .Results After interven‐tion the SDSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre‐intervention (P<0 .01) and so did in research than in control group (P<0 .01);after intervention every factor score of the GQO‐LI‐74 ,except material life ,heightened more significantly compared with pre‐intervention in research group (P<0 .01) ,those had no significant differences in control group (P>0 .05) ,and those heightened more significantly in research than in control group ( P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Extended nursing case management could significantly improve the social function and quality of life of patients with severe mental disease and deserves generalization and application .
