坦度螺酮联合茴拉西坦治疗增龄性记忆障碍对照研究

目的：探讨坦度螺酮联合茴拉西坦治疗增龄性记忆障碍患者的临床疗效。方法将98例增龄性记忆障碍患者按随机数字表法分为3组，分别口服坦度螺酮、茴拉西坦、坦度螺酮联合茴拉西坦治疗，观察6周。治疗前后采用选择性提醒测验评价治疗效果。结果治疗6周后联合组选择性提醒测验语词记忆测验6次通过率显著高于坦度螺酮组和茴拉西坦组（P＜0．05），多项指标改善显著优于坦度螺酮组和茴拉西坦组（ P＜0．05或0．01）；联合组有效率为80．6％、坦度螺酮组为60．6％、茴拉西坦组为52．9％，联合组有效率显著高于坦度螺酮组和茴拉西坦组（P＜0．01）。结论坦度螺酮、茴拉西坦均能改善增龄性记忆障碍，两药联用具有协同增效作用，对增加记忆总量和恒定长时记忆有效。

A control study of tandospirone plus aniracetam in the treat-ment of age-associated memory impairment

Objective To explore the efficacy of tandospirone plus aniracetam in the treatment of age‐asso‐ciated memory impairment (AAMI) .Methods Ninety‐eight AAMI patients were randomly assigned to 3 groups taking orally tandospirone ,aniracetam or tandospirone plus aniracetam for 6 weeks respectively . Efficacies were assessed using the Selective Reminding Test (SRT ) before and after treatment .Results After 6 week treatment passing rates of 6 verbal memory tests (VM T ) of the SRT were significantly high‐er (P<0 .05) and improvements of multi‐items indexes better (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) in combination than in tandospirone and aniracetam group ;effective rate was significantly higher in combination than in tandospi‐rone and aniracetam group (80 .6% vs .60 .6% vs .52 .9% , P<0 .01) .Conclusion Both tandospirone and aniracetam could improve AAMI ,the combination of the 2 drugs has a synergism ,and is effective in increasing ∑ recall and constant long‐term memory .
