定期门诊随访和心理治疗对精神分裂症患者复发率及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨定期门诊随访和心理治疗对精神分裂症患者复发率及生活质量的影响。方法将413例出院达痊愈标准的精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组在坚持常规药物治疗的基础上，每月门诊随访时进行1次心理治疗，对照组患者仅进行定期门诊随访和常规医嘱干预，观察2a。于门诊随访2a后统计两组复发率，采用生活质量综合评定问卷评价生活质量。结果经2 a门诊随访，观察组复发率为28．5％，对照组为42．3％，观察组复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组生活质量综合评定问卷总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度分均显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论定期门诊随访和心理治疗能有效提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量，降低复发率，有利于促进患者早日回归社会。

Influences of regular outpatient follow-up and psychotherapy on schizophrenic relapse rate and quality of life

Objective To explore the influences of regular outpatient follow‐up and psychotherapy on schizophrenic relapse rate and quality of life .Methods A total of 413 schizophrenics meeting recovery cri‐teria were assigned to observation and control group according to random number table .One psychothera‐py was given to observation group when outpatient follow‐up/month on the basis of maintaining routine medication ,only regular outpatient follow‐up and routine order intervention to control group ,and ob‐served for 2 years .Relapse rates of both groups were added up after 2 year outpatient follow‐ups and quali‐ties of life assessed with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) .Results After 2 year outpatient follow‐ups relapse rate was respectively 28 .5% in observation and 42 .3% in control group and the former significantly lower than the latter (P<0 .05);the total ,physical ,psychological and social function score of the GQOLI are significantly higher in observation than in control group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Regular outpatient follow‐up and psychotherapy could effectively boost quality of life of schizophrenics , lower relapse rate ,and are beneficial to patients’ early return to society .
