| 摘 要： | 目的：分析多发伤的临床特点和救治方法。方法：回顾性分析本院2000年1月至2004年1月救治的95例多发伤病例临床。结果：治愈78例(82％)、死亡15例(16％)例、致残2例(2％)。结论：多发伤伤情重，休克发生率和死亡率高，急诊科应力求早期准确诊断，采取确切抢救措施，以提高抢救成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis the clinical feature and emergency treatment process of multiple injury. Methods: The clinical data of 95 patients with multiple injury from Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2004 on our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among 95 cases, 78 were cured and the cure rate was 82%,15 died and the mortality was 16%, 2 caused disability and the disability rate was 2%. Conclusion: The clinical feature of multiple injury were severe traumatic condition, high shock incidence rate and high mortality. Early precise diagnosis and adopted indeed measure can elevate achievement ratio in emergency department. |
