| 摘 要： | 对21例无排卵不孕症患者行促排卵治疗,其中11例采用克罗米芬(CC)治疗,10例用中药和针刺治疗。并用B超连续监测卵泡发育速度,直径大小,排卵成功率。结果发现两组相差不显著(P>0.05)。两组共13例排卵,6例受孕,8例不排卵,其中3例出现黄素化卵泡不破裂(LUf),提示B超监测比常规利用基础体温(BBT)、宫颈粘液评分(CMS)等指标要准确、可靠。对各种方法的优缺点进行分析、讨论,主张合理配合,确知排卵信息,指导受孕,提高受孕率。

| Abstract: | We treat 21 cases of non-ovulatory non-pregnant patient with the methold of polyvulation. Of them, 11 cases by clomiphene , 10 cases by Chinese Traditional Medicine and acupuncture therapy. Observe the growing speed of the ovulatory and the diameter size and the rate of success by B-ultrasonic. The result shows that there is no definite difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). In the two groups 13 casesrovulatory. 6 cases pregnant. 8 cases non-Ovulatory, and 3 appears Luteinized unruptured follicle. We know it is more accurate and dependent to use B-ultrasonic wave than use the usual basic body temperature and cervicalmucus signs. It is important to know the accurate ovulatory information and give an instruction on pregnancy. By these can we raise the success rate of pregnancy. |
