健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺病患者长期家庭氧疗疗效的观察

目的探讨健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺病患者长期家庭氧疗疗效的影响。方法对55例COPD患者出院3月后的家庭氧疗疗效进行追踪随访,分健康教育组和对照组。其中对照组：仅给予常规氧疗指导;健康教育组在此基础上,（1）告知患者及家属自身疾病的诊断与治疗和目前病情程度;（2）告知患者及家属LTOT的重要性和意义;（3）患者和家属共同进行培训,家属每日在家中进行督导。结果健康教育组氧疗3月后与氧疗前（基础值）比较,PaO2、SaO2、FVC、FEV1明显提高（P〈0.01）,对照组氧疗前后FEV1、PaO2差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论健康教育能增强COPD患者LTOT依从性,促使LTOT疗效提高,值得在全国推广。
