| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益气活血复方对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠神经功能、脑梗死体积、脑组织中IL-6 mRNA表达水平的作用。方法用电凝法造模，应用神经功能行为学评分、免疫组织化学和分子生物学技术。结果与模型组比较，益气活血复方各组的神经功能评分减少，脑梗死体积缩小，IL-6 mRNA表达不同程度下调，具有量效关系。结论减少炎性细胞因子引起的炎症反应可能是益气活血复方治疗急性脑梗死，改善神经功能缺失和缩小脑梗死体积的作用机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effect of Supplement Qi and activating blood circulation on nerve function and ischemia volume and detect IL-6 mRNA expression level after cerebral ischemia, Methods Set up a focal cerebral ischemia rat model and use nerve function grade, immunity histochemistry and molecular biology skill. Results In supplement Qi and activating blood circulation groups,with increasing of dose,the expression level of IL-6 mRNA was decreasing,nerve function grade was lessening and ischemia volume was decreasing. Conclusion Supplement Qi and activating blood circulation formula maybe control inflammatory cell gene to improve nervous function and ischemia volume. |
