肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征彩色超声的诊断价值

目的：探讨肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征彩色超声的诊断价值。方法：应用彩色多普勒超声诊断的36例肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征，均经放射线胃肠钡餐透视检查证实。结果：本组超声显像诊断的符合率为100%，肠系膜上动脉（SMA）与腹主动脉（AA）之间夹角及十二指肠通过段距离变小，饮水后其近端十二指扩张明显，左侧卧位时十二指肠潴留消失。结论：CDFI对该病的诊断准确性高无损伤、实时，能同时显示肠管形态，判断血管的位置。

The Clinical Importance of Diagnosing Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome with Color Doppler Flow Imaging

Objective:To discuss the clinical importance of diagnosing superior mesenteric artery syndrome with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods:Thirty six patients with superior mesenteric artery syndrome were diagnosed with CDFI,confirmed by X ray barium meal fluoroscope.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CDFI in this study was 100%.The angle between superior mesenteric artery(SMA)and abdominal aorta(AA)was decreased,and the distance between SMA and AA was shortened.The proximal part of duodenum expanded distinctively after having drucken water,and the retention of duodenum disappeared when patient lay on his left side.Conclusions:CDFI is a simple and repeatable method for diagnosing superior mesenteric artery syndrome with high accuracy and credibility,and is a real time and non invasive way.The shape of intestine and the position of blood vessel can be shown clearly simultaneouly with CDFI.
