摘    要:目的:研究探讨及构建一种体积小、重量轻、易于携带且方便使用的低剂量数字X射线成像仪。方法:采用二极管线性阵列(LDA)探测器和成像系统(CMOS互补金属氧化物半导体/晶体管)传感器相结合的组合方式进行构建。结果:可一步完成X射线光电转换、数字采集的过程,实现直接数字化成像。将数字X射线成像仪所获取的数字成像信号进行无线传输,通过无线传输,将数据传输到服务器上以便医师进行分析。结论:构架出一个对X射线成像设备进行数字成像并进行无线数据传输的系统装置,并具有便携、易用、军民两用的特点。

Abstract:Objective: To research and construct a digital X ray imaging apparatus with small volume, light weight, easy portability and low dose. Methods: The digital X ray imaging apparatus was constructed by using the linear array detector and imaging system sensor in combination. Results: This mode can be further used to complete X ray photoelectric conversion, digital acquisition and realized direct digital imaging. This digital X ray imaging apparatus acquired digital imaging signal, transmitted the data to the server through wireless transmission, then the data were analyzed conveniently by physicians. Conclusion: This device of digital imaging and wireless transmission has been constructed for the X ray advantages of convenience, portability and dual-use characteristics.
