摘    要:目的:体表胃电图(EGG)是研究胃动力学特性和功能性胃疾病诊断的重要依据,而从人体直接采集的胃电信号都含有干扰成分,不能直接应用于临床诊断。将小波分析运用到胃电信号的处理中,对信号进行去噪、重构等实验,用此方法对胃电信号进行处理。方法:以矩阵实验室(MATLAB)为工具,利用小波变换的多分辨率特性,将含有噪声的胃电信号进行多尺度分解,得到不同频带的子带信号,对含有干扰频率的子带信号进行去除,选择与胃电信号频率最为相关的子带进行重构。结果:此方法取得了较理想的胃电图。结论:小波分析是一种简单有效的信号处理方法,使EGG在临床诊断中更具有实际意义。

Abstract:Objective: Body-surface electrogastrogram signals can be adopted in studies of gastrodynamic characteristics and diagnoses of functional gastric diseases. Collecting signals directly from the human body contains interference signal components can not be directly applied to clinical diagnosis characteristics of wavelet transform be decomposed into multi-scale and Methods: As a tool in matlab, using multi-resolution the signal containing the noise of the stomach would get a different band sub-band signals. We selected the number of sub-band for signal reconstruction, and these sub-band signals associated with the stomach. Results: We have obtained a more satisfactory EGG. Conclusion: Wavelet analysis is an easier and effective way to do EGG analysis in clinical diagnosis.
