临床实习中师生沟通情况及其影响因素的调查分析

目的 调查护理专业学生与临床带教教师之间的沟通情况,并分析其影响因素,为临床护理教学提供参考.方法 自行设计问卷,采用方便抽样的方法对155名护理本科实习学生和45名带教教师进行师生沟通现状及影响因素调查.结果 临床师生沟通状况得分为(12.58±10.93)分(学生问卷)和(15.24±17.33)分(带教教师问卷).在对师生间沟通的影响因素认知上,学生认为带教老师的性格、自身性格、带教教师忙碌是主要影响因素,带教教师认为学生性格、自身性格、学生态度差、学生不重视实习、工作忙碌是主要影响因素.结论 临床实习中师生沟通状况有待进一步提高,主要影响因素包括师生双方性格、工作忙碌、学生态度差、学生不重视实习,应关注其对师生沟通状况的影响,并开展相应的教育和培训,以促进师生沟通.

The level and influencing factors of communication between clinical teachers and nursing students in clinical practice

Objective To investigate the communication between clinical teachers and nursing students in clinical practice and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide a reference for clinical nursing teaching.Methods Totally 155 nursing interns and 45 clinical nursing teachers were employed in this study by convenience sampling,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the level and influencing factors of communication between the students and the teachers.Results The score of nursing students＇ questionnaire and clinical teachers＇ questionnaire was 12.58±10.93 and 15.24±17.33 respectively.About the influencing factors of teacher-student communication,the nursing students thought that the characters of themselves,clinical teachers＇ personalities and busy work were the most important factors,and the clinical teachers thought that clinical teachers＇ personalities,busy work,and nursing students＇ characters,poor attitudes to learning and less attention to clinical practice were important factors.Conclusion The communication between clinical teachers and nursing students need to be improved.The major influencing factors include clinical teachers＇ personalities and busy work,and nursing students＇ characters,poor attitudes to learning and clinical practice.The influencing factors should be paid more attention to,and the appropriate education and training should be carried out to promote teacher-student communication in clinical practice.
