| 摘 要： | 通过对政策理顺医院补偿机制5年多的实践效果分析，显示政策有效调整了医院业务收入结构，提高了技术劳务收入，降低了医医院对药品的依赖性，医院收入的含金量增加。

| Abstract: | Based on the effect evaluation of policy for five and half years, this paper shows that the proportion of medical technical value in global budget has increased while the proportion of drug expenditure has decreased. The reimbursement of hospital has improved step by step with the dependent degree of drug in hospital has decreased. |
