支气管扩张症的多层螺旋CT表现

目的 探讨支气管扩张症的多层螺旋CT表现. 资料与方法 回顾性分析29例经手术证实和临床确诊的支气管扩张症的多层螺旋CT表现. 结果 29例MPR均显示扩张的支气管,其中柱状型11例,囊状型5例,静脉曲张型3例,混合型10例.行仿真内镜的21例中,15例显示支气管黏膜炎症、管腔内黏液栓、血块、环状软骨不完整及管腔扩张.采用肺透明技术重建的29例中,7例显示扩张的支气管. 结论 MSCT能对支气管扩张症做出较全面的评估.

Multi-slice CT Findings of Bronchiectasis

Objective To evaluate multi-slice CT (MSCT) findings of bronchiectasis.Mauerials and Methods MSCT findings in 29 patients with bronchiectasis proved by surgery and clinical findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results Abnormal dilated bronchi were observed on multiplanar reformation (MPR) in all 29 patients (100%) including cylindrical type bronchiectasis in 11 cases,cystic type bronchiectasis in 5 cases,varicose type bronchiectasis in 3 cases,and mixed-dilated type bronchiectasis in 10 patients.Of 21 cases undergone virtual endoscopy,15 cases showed bronchial mucosal inflammation,mucous plug,blood clot,and incomplete cricoid cartilage.Of 29 patients with images reformatted by transparency technique,bronchial dilatation was showed in 7 cases.Conclusion MSCT could be helpful in the evaluation of bronchiectasis.
