冠心病患者肿瘤坏死因子-α与血脂水平的相关性研究

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与血脂水平的相关性。方法选取CHD患者92例为CHD组和健康成人40例为对照组,分别测定清晨空腹血脂水平及TNF-α,根据血脂水平将CHD组分为血脂正常组37例和血脂异常组55例两个亚组,比较各组间TNF-α和血脂各项水平,并对CHD组和对照组TNF-α及血脂各项水平进行直线相关分析。结果冠心病组及其两个亚组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组(P<0.01),直线相关分析示冠心病组TNF-α和TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C呈正相关关系(P<0.05或0.01),而与HDL-C呈明显的负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论TNF-α参与了CHD动脉粥样硬化的炎症反应,TNF-α和血脂各项指标的变化有密切的联系,血脂的异常增强动脉粥样硬化的炎症反应。

Correlation study between tumor necrosis factor-α and blood lipid forthe patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the relatonship between tumor necrosis faetor-α（TNF-α）and blood lipid for the patients with Coronary Heart Disease （CHD）. Methods To choose 92 patients with CHD as CHD group and 40 health adult as control group. Fasting blood-lipid and TNF-α were determined for every case who was chose. Then CHD group were divided into two subunits that 37 cases with normal blood lipid and 55 cases with abnormal bood lipid. Compared TNF-α and blood lipid level among the groups, then did linear correlation analysis for TNF-α and blood lipid between CHD group and control group. Results Total cholesterol （TC） ,triglyceride（TG） ,low density lipoprorein cholesterol （LDL-C） and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol （VLDL-C） in CHD group and two subunits are all higher than that in control group（P 〈0.01） ,but high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was lower （ P 〈0. 01）. Linear correlation analysis of control group showed positive correlation between TNF-α and TC,TG, LDL-C, and VLDL-C（ P 〈0.05 or 0.01）,but negative correlation with HDL-C（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion TNF-α participate the inflammatory reaction of CHD atherosclerosis,there are closely relationship between TNF-α and every index of blood lipid,abnormal blood lipid will enhance the inflammatory reaction of atberosclerosis.
