普外科病人营养状况与微量元素的关系

目的：研究机体营养状况与微量元素之间的关系，探索微量元素在机体营养状况评定的作用。方法：使用病例对照研究。在普外科按入院顺序选择１００例住院病人作为研究对象，４２例被划入营养不良组，５８例灶我营养不良组，另取５０例健康查体者作为正常对照组。对所有入选者Ａｌｂ，ＴＦＮ，ＣＨＩ，ＴＬＣ，％ＵＢＷ及铁，锌，铜，硒。

The relation between the nutritional status and the trace element status of the patients in general surgery and its clinical significance

Objectives:To study the relationship between the nutritional status and the trace elements status of the body,and to research the role of the trace elements in nutritional assessment of the patients. Methods:The case control study was used.100 cases of hospitalized patients in general surgery were examined.At the same time,50 healthy persons were as controls.Alb,TFN,CHI,TLC,%UBW and serum Fe,Zn,Cu,Se were determined.42 cases were divided into malnutrition group (study group),and 58 cases were in non malnutrition group.All data of 3 groups were analysed on PC by SPSS7.5. Results:Alb and TFN had a significant difference in study group with case control group or normal group.The CHI had a significant difference among three groups.Serum trace elements(Fe,Zn,Cu,Se) of study group and case control group were lower than normal group.The correlation study of nutritional parameters and trace element showed that the trace element had a positive correlation with the nutritional parameters. Conclusions:The serum trace elements have a positive correlation with nutritional parameters.The trace element is capable of discrimination for nutrition status of body.
