从微循环血液流变学变化探讨益母草对冠心病的疗效机理

摘    要:本文观察益母草注射液治疗52例冠心病的心电图疗效及血脂、血液流变学、微循环变化,结果心电图有效率明显优于低分子右旋糖歼对照组(P<0.01).治疗前后比较血脂、血液流变学、微循环定量指标均有明显改善,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01或 P<0.05)。说明益母草注射液具有降低血粘度,降低红细胞聚集性,增加红细胞变形能力,降低血浆纤维蛋白原,降低血小板粘附性,降血脂及改善微循环作用,着重探讨益母草治疗冠心病疗效机理。

Abstract:Curative effect of the ECG and the changes in Lipemia, Hemorheology and microcirculation on 52 cases of coronary.atheroschrotice heart disease treated with heorunus heterophyllus were observed. The result showed the efficiency of ECG obviously better than the control of dextran - 40 (P < 0. 01). All the ration indexes of lipemia, microcirculation have signiticant improvement before and after treatment. There is difference according to statistics. That is to say, heorunus heterophyllus can reduce blood viscosity. erythrocyte aggregation. It can increase deformability of red blood cell. It can reduce fibrinogen, adhesive rate of pleatelet.lipemia and also can improve the hemorheo1ogy.The stress is laid on discussing the curative effect of CAD treated with heorunus heterophyllus.
