| 摘 要： | 随着对痴呆研究的深入开展，血管性认知障碍已成为神经科学界关注的焦点。近年来的研究表明，高同型半胱氨酸血症与卒中和认知障碍关系密切。文章就高同型半胱氨酸血症与血管性认知障碍相关的临床研究进行了综述。

| Abstract: | With the thorough study of dementia, vascular cognitive impairment has become a focus of attention in neurological sciences. Studies in recent years have suggested that hyperhomocysteinemia is closely correlated with stroke and cognitive impairment. This article reviews the related clinical studies between hyperhomocysteinemia and cognitive impairment. |
