摘    要:目的 探讨肠三叶因子(ITF)在烧伤后的变化规律及其与肠道损伤和修复的关系。方法 Wistar大鼠48只随机分成伤前对照(C)、烧伤后(PBD)1、2、3、5及7d共6组。采用高效液相色谱仪定量检测了肠粘膜中ITF的动态变化,同时观察了血浆内毒素(LPS)水平、肠粘膜损伤指数及肠粘膜增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的变化,并进行相关分析。结果 烧伤后肠杯状细胞分泌ITF的能力下降,除伤后第1天ITF含量

Abstract:Objective To explore the principle of intestinal trefoil factor (ITF) expression and its relationship with intestine damage and reparation in rats after severe burns. Methods Forty eight Wistar rats were inflicted with 30% total body surface area full thickness burns and then divided into 6 groups: normal control (C), post burn day 1 (PBD1), PBD2, PBD3, PBD5, and PBD7.The levels of plasma LPS, intestinal proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and intestinal mucosa damage index (IMDI) were determined. The content of ITF in the intestinal mucosa was measured with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The relation of the measured results was analyzed. Results The ability of goblet cells to secrete ITF was constantly decreased after burn injury except that the ITF content was increased excessively in PBD1 group. The content of ITF in PBD7 group was just 4% of that in C group. The PCNA level had a remarked decline, but the levels of LPS and IMDI were significantly increased. Correlation analyses showed that the ITF content had a positive correlation to PCNA level but negative correlation to the levels of LPS and IMID. Conclusion The decline of intestinal mucosa to secrete ITF after burn might be associated with the dysfunction of mucosa barrier and the disability of mucosa reparation.
