社区获得性肺炎诊治新进展

尽管20世纪应用抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎以来,大大减少了患者的病死率,但社区获得性肺炎仍然是危胁人类生命的常见疾病之一,是感染性疾病死亡的主要原因。其发病率较高,治疗费用昂贵,值得深入研究。现对社区获得性肺炎病原学、诊断、治疗和预防等方面的新进展予以综述。

Advances on Diagnosis and Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Since the antibiotics are applied to treat community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in the 20th century,the case fatality is reduced obviously,while the CAP is still the one of the common diseases threatening the lives of human,and is the main cause resulting in the death of infectious disease.Because of its high mobidity and high curative fee,this disease needs further studying.This article reviews the CAP about its etiology,diagnosis,therapy,prevention and so on.
