| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭治疗有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的效果。方法:随机将重度AOPP患者分为两组,治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上,应用改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭并采用相应措施,对照组行常规内科治疗。结果:治疗组阿托品总用量减少,昏迷时间、住院时间均明显缩短,治愈率提高。结论:常规治疗加改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭可提高重度AOPP患者的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal for treating acute severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods:Patients with AOPP were randomly divided into two groups:treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal on the basis of routine medical treatment,while control group received only routine medical treatment.Results:Toltal atropine usage was decreases,both coma time and hospitalization days were shortened remarkably,and healing rate increased.Conclusion:Improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal on the basis of routine medical treatment can increase healing rate of the patients with AOPP. |
