妇科急症实施腹腔镜手术在快速流程模式中的应用分析

目的探讨妇科急症实施腹腔镜手术在快速流程模式中应用的临床意义。方法分析总结我院自2011年6月至2012年12月84例妇科急症患者进行手术(包括卵巢囊肿剥除、异位妊娠手术)的恢复情况。按手术方式分为两组,腹腔镜手术患者为观察组,传统开腹患者为对照组,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后切口(引流口)疼痛评分、肛门排气时间、尿路感染发生率、术后住院时间等。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组;切口疼痛评分低于对照组,肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论妇科急症应用腹腔镜诊治可以减少术后并发症,有利于患者恢复,符合快速流程模式的要求,值得临床应用。

The clinical significance of laparoscopic surgical treatment of gynecological emergency in the fast track model

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in gynecologic emergency in the fast track model. Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of gynecological emergency patients were retrospectively analysed, the treatment included oophorocystecctomy, adnexectomy and ectopic pregnancy surgery, and their postoperative recovery was summarized. Among all patients, 40 received laparoscopic surgery were as research group, and the other 44 received the open surgery treatment were as control group. Patients＇ intraoperative blood loss, the average length, the pain score of incision, the mean time of passing gas, and the mean time of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. The incision pain score of patients in observation group was lower than that of control group（ p 〈 0.05 ）. The mean time of passing gas and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical treatment of gynecological emergency is consistent with the fast tract model, and is better for the postoperative recovery.
