重度磨耗伴牙列缺失的咬合重建与修复治疗

目的探讨运用烤瓷修复方法,对重度磨耗伴牙列缺失患者进行咬合重建方法的疗效观察。方法对14例牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者的临床诊治过程进行回顾性分析,其中,缺损类型包括Kenney氏Ⅰ类9例,Ⅰ类四分类1例,单纯牙列重度磨耗4例。所有14例均行咬合重建。结果采用临时冠桥过渡性修复1~2个月后,酌情采用烤瓷固定义齿修复。修复后随访均超过3年,所有患者对修复效果满意,主观感觉良好,经咀嚼效率测定证实,咀嚼效率提高。结论烤瓷冠修复牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者,修复后美观、舒适,咀嚼效率与正常牙列相似。

Occlusal reconstruction and restoration treatment of patients with severe abrasion and edentulous

Objective To observe the curative effect of reconstruction methods of PFM restoration in patients with missing teeth with severe abrasion of teeth. Methods The process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of 14 patients with dentition defect combined with severe abrasion were retrospectively analyzed. The defect types included Kenney＇s class I in 9 cases, class I subclass IV in 1 case, and severe dental attrition in 4 cases. Occlusal reconstruction was performed in all 14 cases. Results 1 ～ 2 months after using transitional repair of tooth pad removable denture, PFM fixed denture was reasonably used. After repair all patients were followed up for more than 3 years, they were satisfied with the repair effect, their subjective feeling was good, and the chewing efficiency was improved, which were comfirmed by the masticatory efficiency determination. Conclusion For patients with dentition defect combined with severe abrasion, the PFM crown repair dentition has the advantage of being beautiful and comfortable, which can achieve the similar masticatorv efficiencv to that of normal denture.
