盐酸曲唑酮治疗抑郁症效果评价

目的旨在探讨盐酸曲唑酮治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择自2005-10～2006-06来我院住院治疗的抑郁症患者94例,按住院先后顺序分为两组。A组使用盐酸曲唑酮治疗,B组使用阿米替林治疗。用HAMD作为疗效评定的客观指标,使用SERS作为不良反应评定的客观指标,同时记录病人的心电、血液生化指标和体重的情况。使用t检验对实验数据进行统计分析。结果盐酸曲唑酮和阿米替林对抑郁症病人均有很好的疗效。在副反应及病人服药依从性方面,盐酸曲唑酮优于阿米替林。结论研究结果表明,盐酸曲唑酮对抑郁症患者的疗效显著,而且安全性好。

Assessment of Trazodone Hydrochloride in Treatment of Depression

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and assess safety of trazodone used to access hydrochloride in treatment of depression. Methods 94 cases of such patient from October 2005 to June 2006 were divided into two groups according to order of date. The group A was treated with TH and group B was treated with amitriptyline AMT. HAMD was curative effect and SERS was used to observe side effect. The ECG, LAB and body weight were observed and results were analyzed with t test. Results The both drugs had good effects. The side effect of TH was less than that of AMT. Conclusion The TH might have better curative effect in treatment of depression with good safety than AMT.
