医院常见致病菌菌群分布及其耐药性

摘    要:目的:了解医院临床分离致病菌菌群分布及耐药性,为细菌性感染的诊断与治疗提供依据。方法:按《全国临床检验操作规程》培养分离菌种,全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定,纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验。结果:共分离出2012株致病菌中,G~ 球菌456株(22.7%),G-杆菌1240株(61.6%),真菌314株(15.7%)。致病菌株对临床常用抗菌药物均有不同程度耐药性,多重耐药菌株呈增加趋势。结论:了解常见致病菌菌群的分布及耐药性特点,有助于临床根据不同情况合理、安全选用抗菌药物,对控制医院感染至关重要。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution and Resistance of the pathogenic floras isolated from the clinical specimen,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection.Method:Flora cultivation and isolation was operated by the National clinical Laboratory operational Regulations.Flora was identified with the MicroScan WalkAway 40 automatic identifier,and bacteriostatic test was operated with Kirby-Bauer method.Result:The Gram-positive cocci,Gram-negative bacilli and Fungal was 456, 1240,314 swains,the proportion of 22.7%,61.6%,15.7%,respectively in 2012 isolated strains.The Gram-positive cocci was in- creased.These strains have different drug resistance of the Anti-infective Angents in the clinical,and Multidrug-resistance was increased. Conclusion:Investigative the distribution and drug resistance of the commonly encountered bacteria is helpful to reasonable and safe ap- plication of antibacterials according to different clinical situation,and it is very important for controlling the hospital infection.
