免疫口服液联合铁剂治疗缺铁性贫血患儿对免疫指标的影响

目的　观察免疫口服液对铁剂治疗缺铁性贫血 (IDA)患儿免疫指标的影响。方法　将 5 0例IDA患儿随机分为 2组 ,即铁剂治疗组 (常规组 )和免疫口服液联合铁剂治疗组 (免疫口服液组 ) ,并选取条件相当的健康儿童 2 0例作健康对照组。分别于治疗前和疗程结束后 3个月抽取静脉血检测IgG、IgA、IgM(透射比浊法 )和T淋巴细胞亚群 (免疫荧光法 ) ,并将治疗后检测结果分别与治疗前、健康对照组进行比较。结果　治疗前两组IDA患儿CD 3 、CD 4 、CD 4 /CD 8及IgG、IgM均显著低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,IgA差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,CD 8显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。常规组疗程结束后 3个月与治疗前比较 ,上述指标均有所改善 ,但除CD 4 外 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;与健康对照组比较仍有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。免疫口服液组疗程结束后 3个月与治疗前比较 ,CD 3 、CD 4 、CD 4 /CD 8及IgG、IgM均显著升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,CD 8显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,均达到或接近健康对照组水平。结论　免疫口服液联合铁剂治疗IDA患儿免疫功能低下的疗效明显优于单纯使用铁剂治疗。

Effects of immunologic tonic combined with ferralium on the immune indices in children with iron deficiency anemia

Objective To observe the effect of immunologic tonic on the immune indices in children with iron defciency anemia (IDA) treated with ferralium.Methods 50 children with IDA were randomly divided into two groups: the routine treatment group(ferralium treatment) and the group treated with immunologic tonic combined with ferralium, 20 healthy children as normal control group. Venous blood was drawn before and after 3 months treatment to detect the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM(Transmission turbidimetric method) and T lymphocyte subsets(Immune fluorescence method), then compared with those in the control group and pre-treatment stage.Results IgG, IgM and CD 3, CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 of the children with IDA were respectively lower than those of the normal controls(P<0.05). IgA was not significantly different(P>0.05) and CD 8 were higher than those of the normal controls(P<0.05). As compared with pre-treatment, the immune indices were improved after treatment of ferralium, but with no significant difference(P>0.05), except CD 4. The levels of IgG, IgM and the percentages of CD 3, CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 were obviously increased after treatment immunologic tonic (P<0.05 or P<0.01), almost close to the level of the control group.Conclusion Immunologic tonic combined with ferralium are better than ferralium only in treatment the children with IDA.
