| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静治疗脑卒中意识障碍疗效。方法100例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各50例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静30ml静注，每日一次；对照组常规治疗；两组疗程均为10天。结果治疗组有效率（96％）高于对照组（80％）。结论醒脑静是治疗脑卒中意识障碍较理想的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection on treatment of the unconsciousness of stroke. Methods 100 patients with unconscious stroke were randomly divided into two groups, including treatment group and control group. 50 cases in treatment group were treated with routine treatment and Xingnaojing injection. The other 50 cases in control group were only treated with routine treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96% and 80% , respectively （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Coclusion Xingnaojing injection is effective on treatment of the unconsciousness of stroke. |
