合肥地区783例尿路结石成分分析及临床意义

目的探讨合肥地区尿路结石的发病情况及结石成分特点,为临床防治提供帮助。方法对收集的合肥地区783例尿路结石标本的化学成分进行红外光谱法分析,并结合临床资料分析。结果本地区尿路结石男性发病率高于女性,男女比例为1.46∶1。结石成分单一459例(58.6%),混合成分324例(41.4%)。单一成分中常见为草酸钙(314例)和无水尿酸(112例)。男性尿路结石成分单一成分较多(66.45%)。感染性结石成分(碳酸磷灰石)在女性患者常见。上尿路结石中草酸钙结石成分所占比例较高(84%)。老年男性患者结石尿酸成分比例较高(52.8%)。结论红外光谱法结石成分分析结果准确,操作简便,对指导临床对尿路结石的治疗和减少预防复发有重要意义。

Analysis of urinary stone constituents of 783 patients in Hefei

Objective To study the incidence of urinary stones and characteristics of stone constituents in Hefei region,and provide methods in prevention and treatment of urinary stones.Methods Infrared spectrophotometer was used to analyze 783 random samples of urinary stones.The chemical constituents of stones were analyzed with the clinical data.Results The incidence of urinary stones was higher in males than in females,and the ratio was 1.46:1.Single constituent was found in 459 patients(58.6%),multiple was 324(41.4%).The familiar single constituents were calcium oxalate(314 patients) and anhydrous uric acid(112 patients).Single constituent was common in male(66.45%).Infectious stone(struvite,carbonic acid apatite) was common in female.Eighty-four percent of upper urinary stones were calcium oxalate.Uric acid was found in 52.8% of the elder male patients.Conclusion Stone composition analysis with infrared spectrometry is a simple and accurate method,which is very important in providing information on treatment and prevention of urinary stones.
