| 摘 要： | 目的了解某"三甲"医院围手术期预防用抗菌药物的现状,为抗菌药物合理使用和科学管理提供依据。方法利用医院的电子病案系统,采用等间距抽样法,共抽取合格病例276份。统计分析抗菌药物预防使用情况。结果 276例患者共用药654例次;药物选择不合理342例次;用药时间平均6.5 d;术前>2 h给药70例;术后>3 d给药181例;用药频次不合理415例次;药物单次剂量错误335例次。预防用抗菌药物共涉及10类58种。结论该院围手术期预防用抗菌药物存在较严重不规范现象,应加强管理,提高预防用抗菌药物的水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of the antibiotics prophylaxis during perioperative period in surgery operations of a 3A grade hospital.Methods The cases of 276 patients who underwent prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period were sampled retrospectively in equal interval from electronic medical record system.The data of application of antibiotics prophylaxis about all the cases were analyzed.Results The total application frequency of administration was 654 times.Irrational drug choice was 342 times.The average medication duration was 6.5 days.As for improper medication timing,70 cases received antibiotics > 2h before operation,181 cases kept on receiving antibiotics >3 days after operation.Irrational medication frequency was 415 times,the overdose happened 335 times.Ten categories and 58 kinds of antibiotics were used.Conclusion The status of antibiotics prophylaxis during perioperative period is common and serious.Regulation for antibiotics application in preoperative period should be made to strengthen the rational use of antibiotics. |
