痔PPH荷包缝合高度与疗效关系的临床探讨

目的：研究痔PPH荷包缝合高度与疗效的关系。方法：通过2年时间将符合《痔诊治暂行标准》诊断痔在Ⅲ期及以上环状混合痔且具备痔PPH手术指征的72例患者，分为三组，荷包缝合线的高度分别在肛齿状线上2、3、4cm。结果：痔PPH荷包缝合线高度在2-3cm时，痔核消失或萎缩及症状改善时间明显缩短，术后不易发生肛门狭窄等并发症。结论：痔PPH荷包缝合线高度在2—3cn时。手术效果最佳。结论：2-3cm是痔PPH手术荷包缝合线一个较好的选择高度。

Clinical Analysis of the Relationship between Depth and Efficacy of Hemorrhoids PPH Purse-string Suture

purpose to research the relationship between depth and efficacy of hemorrhoids PPH purse-string suture . Methods 72 patients with the possibility of PPH operation and diagnosed for Ul internal hemorrhoid were enrolled in the study and were divided into 3 groups, the depth of purse-string suture 2,3,4cm on the top of anocutaneous line,male 42 cases, females 30 cases,the age range was 25-72 ages, average ages was 47.5 .Result on 2-3cm, the time was shorten about abolition and atrophy of haemorrhoids, the complication of anal stenosis is not easy to happen afteroperation. Conclusion it is good choice about 2-3cm for the depth of hemorrhoids PPH purse-string suture.
