干眼症30例的临床分析

目的:探讨干眼症发生、临床表现及诊断.方法:选取2011年1月～ 2012年1月在我院就诊疑似干眼症患者30例,对所有病例进行病史及相关信息咨询、常规及特殊跟部检查.结果:临床确诊干眼症26例34眼,其中,年龄≥55岁的17例,包括混合型干眼症14例,蒸发过快型2例,水液缺乏型1例；年龄＜55岁的9例,包括混合型干眼症2例,蒸发过快型6例,水液型1例.结论:临床症状是干眼症诊断的重要依据和必要条件.同时详细询问病史结合症状,将多种临床测量结果综合起来考虑,对明确诊断有着重要意义.

Clinical analysis of 50 cases of dry eye

Objective: To investgate the dry eye’s onset,clnical manifestations and diagnosis.Methods:The 30 patients with suspected dry eye in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were collected,medical history and symptoms were collected,regular and special eye’s examinations were performed.Results:The clinical diagnosis of dry eye was in 26 cases 34 eyes,of which,aged≥55 years oId in 17 cases,including mixed-type dry eye in 14 cases,over evaporation in 2 cases,aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) in 1 case;aged<55 in years oId in 9 cases,including mixed-type dry eye in 2case,over evaporation in 6 cases,water liquid tyde in 1 cases.Conclusion:Clinical symptoms are significant and necessary for the diagnoses of dry eye syndrome.Understanding detailed history and the basic pathologies and differential diagnosis of dry eye disease seems to be essential to diagnosis and differentiation of dry eye from other disorders.
